Hen or Rooster?

Hello everyone. I'm starting to be able to tell the sex of my 4 month old Silkies that I hatched and am looking for confirmation on this one. I was hoping it would be a hen but I'm thinking it's a roo. Can anyone say for sure?

I was afraid of that. He's such a good looking bird that I want to keep but I can't keep roosters. Has anyone tried those collars that lowers the noise of the crows? If they work I wouldn't mind trying one but they just always seemed a little cruel to me.
