Hen or Rooster?

I believe this is a California White or Tetra Tint...uncertain. Anyone know if it looks more like a hen or rooster? (S)he is 7wks old.

The curly tail feathers and reddening comb are throwing me off, but I know it's likely part Leghorn, so comb will probably be large.

No crows yet.
