I’m leaning cockerel. The hatchmates appear to be naked necks; ive noted those tend to have larger combs in general so I don’t think you can reliably compare just the size.

Yes they are naked necks. That's good to know. I have one that has almost no comb, but it has pointy saddle feathers. Would that be a cockerel too.

Sure looks like a handsome boy! At that age I spy some male specific feathers coming in and a nice large comb. He is beautiful! Congratulations!

Yeah that looks like male feathering. The comb seems a little pale yet, but it could just be a late bloomer.

Maybe so but if you can wait for confirmation - it may be worth it. My best layer now was called out in a thread like this by at least 5 responders as a Cockerel a few weeks ago. Her saddle and tail feathering DID look Rooish but changed. I'd heard this about several RiRs, so i gave her more time - great layer! Good Luck.

Another cockerel.
Both birds have male specific feathering, and therefore cannot be female.
