Hen or Rooster

I posted pics of her (praying it’s a her) when she was 12 weeks old because of the triple pea row. Received all replies that it was definitely a hen. 8 weeks later, I’m now starting to get worried again. She hasnt started laying yet but the days are much shorter now so I’m not questioning because she is not laying. No crowing either.

I’d bet my life on her being female.
She literally can’t be anything else with that pattern.
 
Most black feathers have a green sheen.
It's true sometimes green shimmery feathers is put down to being a cockerel thing, but not in this instance. Below is an example of a female and a male with this.
The OP's bird is unable to be male due to the pattern though, I definitely agree.
