Hen or Rooster?

Please give me your opinion if these two are roosters or hens. I am confident one is a rooster but hoping the other is a hen.

A and B both appear to be cockerels. Even if we ignore those big red combs, their hackle feathers are pointed and appear shiny (photos are a little blurry when zooming in).

Chick B just as no indication of saddle feathers and no behavior that says “cockerel”.

I don't see male saddle feathers either but those usually come in when they're older. I'm talking about the hackle feathers around the neck.

They are both 100% cockerels. Combs and wattles are large and red, and they have deeper red glossy feathers coming in at the shoulders and saddle areas. Only males get those.
