So. We got some chicks and the smallest orpington that seems to be the youngest has the biggest comb. We also think it's turning a bit red. But it could be orange? She/he is also getting kinda bossy and picking little fights with all the others. We're within city limits so no roosters allowed

They're also only about 3 weeks old, so I don't know if it's to early to tell. Help?
 
The "picking fights" is a sign of a chicken showing dominance and creating a pecking order. This is also more common in males than females earlier on. All chickens will be fiesty with each other, though. I honestly think it's too early to tell, but if you think it's showing signs of being a male, and you aren't allowed to have roosters in your area, then maybe you should be safe and get rid of it while it's little. You can always get another chicken to replace that one. :)
