The second bird looks like a pullet.

I think a BO girl..love the blue eyes when they are young.

Pullet.

I have a 6 week old BO cockerel and he has a large pink comb already. The complete opposite to this chick!

The Orpington is a cockerel as is the black copper Marans. In the first picture the center bird is a pullet.
