I have a broody silkie that has been taken care three chicks very well for the past 3 weeks. My grandsons on came to visit and noticed a “red mark” and the back of one of the chicks neck. The back of the neck is raw 🥹and I can’t see at this time who is pecking at her. Mom is very protective of her babies. I’ve taken care of the wound and will monitor to see who is the culprit. Any more advice?

You should separate the mother with the chicks from the rest of the flock. That should help solve the problem, and she can take care of them without as much stress.
