"hen pecked" hen

How do you get a chicken to hold still and not be terrified of a blow dryer which they have never seen or heard before???
My chicks get a bath at least once a week (one of them sleeps in his own poop. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES HE COULD SLEEP BUT HE CHOOSES TO SLEEP IN HIS OWN GODDAMN POOP) so they are used to the sound of a blow dryer. They actually come running when i take it out because it feels good for them.

I have had chickens that have had problems like that. I would recomend giving her a bath in warm soapy water. Do not put her whole body in water, but hold her so only back end goes in water. When you are done giving her a bath place her in a old box and blow dry her off. Do this once a day to help. I woud also recomend keeping her by herself utill feathers grow back. If possible put a little bit of pure apple cider viniger in water along with some probiotics. Also put some athletes foot cream on the effected area. Let me know if this helps!!
