hen pecking chicks

my 2 silkie hens sat on 15 eggs. 11 hatched great. 3 one hen pecked at them. one baby is in really bad shape. how can i help the little one. he is about 8 hours old.

Usually the mama hen gets angry when someone bothers her chicks. Maybe you need to isolate the non-mommy hen from the others for a day to let bonding occur.
