...Hen Pecking Issues

Had 2 hens and a rooster, but sadly to rooster had to be taken away, so we replaced him with another hen..
My two girls are Speckledy Hens (Hybrids) and the new one is an Amber Star (Hybrid)

As soon as the roo was taken away the other 2 were crying out, i've never heard them that loud!
But they have seemed to settled down
I put my Amber Star in who is younger than the other two and they started pecking at her head instantly, I took her out straight away and there was a tiny bit of blood on her little head
She is separated from the other two but how can I get them to get along, and settle down together?

Any advice would be great as I am stuck

Put her back in and take the 2 older ones out.

After 2 days, put the more docile of the older ones back. 3 days later put the third one in.

Strange birds will be picked on or outright attacked. The idea is to make the coop her home and make the others the new birds.
