Hen Pecking Other Hens

We have a hen that was egg bound and our other hen started pecking her feathers around the vent and bloodied it. Now, that same hen is doing it again to a normal, heathy hen. How do I make her stop?

Generally that type of pecking means your hen is deficient in protein. I would separate the pecking hen out, either temporarily or permanently because they can quickly start cannibalizing each other, than I would switch to a higher protein feed, something with 20-22%, and add in some animal protein like eggs, cottage cheese or canned fish to see if it helps. Provide a separate dish of oyster shells for any calcium needs.
