Ok so our Turken hen, Mina is picking on the rescued "broilers".
I sat outside for a few hours the other day and just hung out with the chickens and noticed that everytime they would get comfy out in the yard she would run up to them and start pecking them til they ran off....then would wait til they got settled again and go after them all over. I started walking up to her and making a "tssst!" sound and scaring her away so the "broilers" started making their way across the yard til they were all sitting around my feet so she would't bother them.
Obviously I can't stay out with them 24-7 so do you guys have any suggestions? She had picked some of thier wings til they are bloody.

Maybe she's the Richard Simmons of chicken-dom... keeping those broilers exercising so they don't keel over??

Seriously, though, if she is picking to the point of blood, and they aren't settling down after a few days together (which I believe they have had) you may have to separate them.

They have been together since Jan 10th...it seems this has been in the last few weeks. I had seen a bit of blood on their wings but thought they had been doing it to eachother but after I saw her doing it, I knew it wasn't them.

Yeah she is keeping them in shape but she is relentless about it!
