Hen Poops clear water

I have a golden sex link that is pooping what looks to be liquid or watery. Got any Ideas as what causes this and how do you fix it. Thank you,

My hens do free range and they have 3/4 of an acre that has all kinds of grasses and shrubs. they do get egg layer feed and they have plenty of water. This hen is not acting sick and is running with the flock and eating fine.
