hen prices

thanks for all the help. a friend of mine asked me to post this for her (she isnt a member). she just sold 12 hens for $50. all of them were pure breeds (no cutie mutts like i like) and she really didnt know how old they were because she was given 30 hens (for free) from a older man who could no take care of them. he said they ranged from 2 to 10yrs old. she thinks she should have been able to sell them for way more. i dont know, i dont think i could part w/ any of mine. well maybe there is 1 rooster.
