Hen?? Roo??? New to raising chickens

This is my first year raising chickens I’m certain all my other chickens are hens other then this one can anyone try and confirm hen or roo? Also how exactly could you tell ?

Pullet. Coloring is pretty much gender specific for pullets, and she is showing no male specific feathering in hackle and saddle feathers.
