This is my RIR that yesterday did not go in the coop but walked a different direction. It was dark so I thought that was the issue and I put her in the coop.

This morning she’s the same. She leans to one side and walks to a corner in the run. If I pick her up her head and neck turn one side almost curled up.
In the picture you can see she leans to one side and lifts one leg up. Her tail leans to the same side.
If it was a human I would think it’s a stroke.

There’s no injury. I separated her and gave her nutri-drench and one drop of selenium dropped in her beak.

Any advice is welcome. This is new to me

I would also give a 400 IU vitamin E softgel daily, along with part of a human Super B complex tablet. A bit of scrambled egg can supply selenium to help utilize the vitamin E. Neurological symptoms like these, can be a symptoms of wry neck, a head or back injury, vitamin E and thiamine deficiency, or a disease symptom. Mareks disease and some other viruses are slim possibilities. Here are some inexpensive vitamins:

Thank you. I plan to do that. I have the vitamins so should be ok.

Is there anything toxic or moldy she could have found?
Give her one third of a B complex tablet every day for a few weeks, any brand from the grocery store.
Thanks. I will definitely do the vitamins.
I don’t know about the toxins. My flock free ranges here for years and this is new to me.
