Hello a while ago I posted on this thread about the same chicken.
Well she has just gotten worse. I even placed her inside the house where she lived for more than 1 week.
We fed her food and gatorade, and some scrambled eggs.
She has trouble even getting up, she limps heavily and uses her wings to hit to ground in a motion that looks like she's using them as a cane or a clutch.
Her left leg won't straighten out and it shakes but not violently.
She doesn't graze or do anything. She would rather sit in a cage and do nothing all day.
She is a white Cochin (standard), they are full of feathers but she doesn't weight at all...
I even compare her to the smallest chicken we have with is an Australorp and our Cochin way beyond light.
I do remember when she was healthy she felt about 3 pounds?
But I am so afraid that she is not eating anymore.
Her poop is all liquid and has these small black pebble looking things in it.
She is not eating pebble because she has been inside the house this whole time.
She won't really walk, her comb is not a lush looking red anymore.... What can I do?
