Hen shedding skin?*Pics*

My hen finished molting about 2 months ago and her comb hasn't gotten red again. Now it looks like she's shedding the skin on her face but the skin underneath is red like it's supposed to be. Her crop is also really mushy.
Is this normal?

If she's acting normal there is nothing wrong. By the picture she looks fine.
