Hen sick, droopy stance, sour crop (?) and eye discharge now, any ideas what it could be?

Hi all! I noticed my hen yesterday was just standing still had an odd stance she was ok the day before running around and eating as usual but yesterday she did not eat and still had a squishy crop when i checked her in the morning, thing is she’s acting like she’s egg bound and today when i checked her she still had a squishy crop and is now leaking from her eyes, any clue what it could be? she’s a 3 year old barred rock she is still alert and tries to run from me but falls flat and can’t get up on her own

forgot to mention the only reason she’s outside the coop is because i moved her, she didn’t even move from the nesting box i placed her in last night

A squishy crop could be sour crop, for which she needs probiotics, but I don't know about the watering eyes as that doesn't fit with it. Has she been sounding like she has a cold, like sneezing and sniffling? In the meantime, I'd give her probiotics like Hydro Hen or Greek yogurt, etc. and vitamins such as Nutra Drench, Poultry Cell, Rooster Booster, etc.
