Hen sitting on eggs at night

One of my hens has been sitting in the nest box at night. She isn't broody and the eggs are unfertilized so it makes no sense that she'd do this. Even if I remove all the eggs, she still continues to sleep in the box, even though there is a perch with plenty of space.
How can I get her to sleep on the perch?

Update: I just went out to close their door and lifted her out of the box onto the perch... it wasn't that hard at all!

She goes outside the coop and behaves normally. She was broody once in the past.

There's enough space. She can easily fit but I don't think the others let her.

I just tried doing this, it worked great! She sat on the perch and I took the eggs.

Nice. Keep moving her, if she goes back to the nest box tomorrow and day after, etc. It may take a few nights of you moving her for her to get the point
