So my Maran has gone broody and I bought some fertile eggs from someone local to see if she will hatch them since we don't have a rooster. Then we went on vacation for 10 days. Come back and she is not only sitting on the fertile eggs, but seems to have squirreled away several of the other ladies eggs. At least a dozen. Can we still eat them, or will they have spoiled after sitting under her warm butt for over a week? :)

I assume you don't have a rooster and that's how you know they are infertile. It's really up to you, but I wouldn't eat them. Then again, 10 eggs is nothing to me since I get 11 a day lol.
