Hen sleeping in nest box

How do you get a hen to stop sleeping in a nest box at night

Is she in the nest all day too or just sleeping in there?
If she's in the nest around the clock, she's likely broody. If it is just at night, then block off the nest before dusk so she can't sleep in there.
