My EE stopped laying again. It was about... three days ago when I discussed this before I think? Anyway, this month she didn't lay for about 11 days. After asking people, they said that it was ok. Well, two (I think) days after I posted, she layed one deformed, discolored egg. I then asked if that was ok and people said that it was fine. Then she stopped laying eggs again. I noticed today that she does this weird squat, she would lower her bum to that floor and aim her front really hight, as if straining to get something out, possibly an egg. She also seems to be really bloated, her hip area is a lot bigger than usual and she weights a lot more. Is she egg bound? Her tail is dropped and she is lethargic. Please help.

Ps- I am not targeting the people from the other post, they did their best so I do not blame them. The situation has now lead to a new post so I wanted to talk a bit about the other post.

Would be good to link the other thread so we can see the history of the situation. Multiple threads about the same problem can get quite confusing.

Is her belly swollen?
Feel from below vent to down between her legs.
Compare to other birds.

When I have a bird that is acting off I isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so I can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling. Check for external parasites or any other abnormalities.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

Ok, finally, I have internet and time to type. The other post are these- Help! My Chicken Might Be Sick! and Weird Colored and Shaped Eggs. Please Help!.

@aart Her belly does not seem to be swollen and she looks like she's losing weight. Below her vent by the legs feels like the other hens, maybe a bit squishier. I do plan to get a dog carrier from my Gram to put her in, is this ok? She has no external parasites and her skin looks normal colored.

She also doesn't seem to be poohing. She might possibly be poohing only at night because every morning she is really light and in the coop, there is a bigger than usual sized pooh, like I said before, she gets really heavy before I let them in for the night. Her eggs also seem to be getting worse, she sparsely lays them now. They used to be a green/green olive color, they are now slowly becoming more faded and chalky, they also have brown splotches on them now. The egg that I got today is really misshapen, you now the blunt part of the egg, where the air sac is? Well, both sides, were that there was no pointy side on this egg, it is a weird oval.

Wire bottom with tray underneath makes observing poop very easy.

@aart
I have finally gotten the cage and a tray is at the bottom, now I just need to wait for her to... do her business. Also today her egg had a little bit of red smeared on it, most likely blood, I am really worried.

Ok, so this is her poop... :sick

Looks normal?

It also took around 1 hour and 30 minutes for her to poop.

Yes, it looks normal.
Do you mean an hour and 30 minutes after you crates her.....or she visibly struggled to poop for that long?

In the bottom of the crate, it is a dog crate that has a removable tray.
Maybe you didn't look at the link I provided above about putting smaller mesh in bottom of crate?
