I have a little game type hen that went broody yesterday on 7 tiny eggs. She was not in a safe place so I moved her and the eggs to a nest inside the coop last night after dark. Today she doesn't want to sit anymore. I tried moving the eggs back to the original location and brought her over to see but no luck. What should I do and will the eggs still be viable?

This is my little cutie:

next time before you move let your hen be broody at least 48 hours before moving, then she will get in to it, then move at night, and keep her in a covered nest for 24 hours, I use a tidy cat litter container, when you move a hen its always a chancy thing

Thanks for the responses. What do you do if a hen decides to nest outside of the coop? Do you take your chances with predators the first night?
