So one of my hens stopped laying at 98 weeks of age.

I have 15 hens and all of them are laying (except the one who is molting and the broody one).

She had stopped laying in November while she was molting and started back in February.

She eats, drinks and is still active in her flock life.

She's not wounded, her feathers are nice (nicer since her molt actually) and she seems very healthy.

But she hasn't laid anything since April started. So i'm thank that she might just have reached henopause? But she is still squatting...

April is only a month so that isn't an out of the ordinary length of time for a pause.
On occasion, I've had a 2+ year old hen start laying after winter solstice only to take a month or two break later. Sometimes a hen will get stressed from time to time and ovulation will cease. IMO, it is too early for henopause. Have patience. Sometimes we get so many eggs, it is difficult to remember they are animals that need to ovulate for us to get eggs and not egg machines.

I've never found squatting to be a good indicator of onset of lay. Checking the space between the pointy pelvic b ones is a better indicator. 2+ finger width, laying may be imminent. Less than 2 and eggs aren't in your immediate future.
