hen suddenly limping and barely eating

Hi- my daughter has a show bird for the upcoming fair. She hasn't laid in about 10 days, started limping, and I noticed she has become extremely quiet., We have had her about 4 weeks. ( we had the same girl last year, so we have been familiar with her) She had been quite active and vocal) About 3 days ago she started limping- we checked for bumblefoot or any type of cut or scrape and there is nothing noticeable. Today her opposite wing is hanging funny. We gave her a warm bath yesterday to see if that would relax her and help her to lay ( I know in different surrounding it changes egg production) The energy just seems drained from her and she barely even clucks. Any suggestions? I read somewhere that too many treats ( mealworms) can cause problems- and trying to get her ready for showmanship, she gets her treats- then my hubby and I have been know to give her some too. Could this be the problem?
