My hen has had some rattle breathing on and off for a week or so now. She is around 18 weeks old and today she was wheezing/rattly breathing a lot. And then when I was holding her she vomited. The vomit was a disgusting brownish color with feed bits in it. Can someone please tell me what’s wrong with her?

Chickens don't actually vomit. It's probably overflow from her crop. Here is a very informative article that explains both sour crop and impacted crop and how to treat it. It's my guess it's sour crop but please read this as it'll help you.

What do you feed your pullet?
Do you provide grit (crushed granite) for your birds?

Is she the same pullet that was sick last month with respiratory symptoms?
