Hen treated for lice - unsure about her being around others

Yesterday I made a bath with salt, vinegar and dish soap and bathed her in it. Afterwards I couldn't find a single lice, so I think it worked! But I am unsure if it killed the eggs. So I'm going to do it again in a week.

Did you completely submerse the bird...up to her nostrils....and leave her in there for good long time??
I'd check her butt tomorrow, I'm betting those bugs just ran from the water and are still on her.
How many egg clusters are there....and how big are they?

Permethrin is your best bet.
