Hen treating fully grown hens are he babies

I know there's a chance it's a weird dominance thing but I have a 2 year old hen who always points out food to my two 1 year old hens, they have a rooster and she didn't hatch either because I raised them myself and she only does it with them. So I'm wondering if it's just her way of being the dominate hen or if she's just a big odd

I have 2 roosters (2yo & 1.5yo) do that to 2 six months old cockerels - whenever I give out food, the older roosters will do the food calls and let the young cockerels eat first, then eat the rest themselves.
