Hen turn rooster?

I use to have 5 chickens, 4 hens 1 rooster, I gave him away before the hens started laying. Now almost two months later I got a fertilized egg! I'm still only getting two eggs a day and they all look like girls!

I think it is the RED one with large wattles & comb. Take her out of the group for a day or two and see if she lays an egg
