Hen twisting her neck

I have a chick that is only 5 days old that got a crooked neck today. I have bought it inside but it's head is sitting backwards on its body and it cannot stand up without falling over backwards. It is so little to try to feed or give water. Is there much hope for this chick? It is still pooping but very weak.

Just a note on wry neck.... I just treated an Ameraucana hen with Selenium (you can find it by the vitamins), B complex, E and fish oil. I could not get any prednisone. It took almost 2 months but she is now healthy and laying pretty sky blue eggs for me. I'm sure with the prednisone recovery would have been quicker, but I did what I could for her and it worked.
