describe exactly how she is moving her neck..
is she trying to twist towards the back?
or the breast?
does she have a wheeze or rattle?
check the eye area carefully..does it appear she's been pecked or injured?
could she have got into anything bad..toxin, anything rotted or dead,
any stagnant or dirty water, spoiled kitchen scraps..etc..
could the feed have got wet and gone moldy?
if you find she had access, and might haveBotulism..post nack for instructions ..
what bedding do you use?
any signs of mold or mildew?
for now..
wearing gloves..wash eye with saline solution or very clean water.
get some Tylan 200 or Tylan 50 injectible...and some syringes..
get some terramycin eye ointment.
these can be found at most farm/feed stores in the livestock section..
clean the eye and treat with eye ointment.
after you get the Tylan I will post instructions for sinus flush..
also, get some Poly-vi-sol liquid baby vitamins, Enfamil brand if possible..no iron..give 3-4 drops on beak once a day for a week..then taper off for another week.
this is important and should be done ASAP...
wouldn't hurt to get some Kaytee baby bird food..give with needleless syringe WAY at the back of the throat pass the hole in the tongue into the throat.
make sure she is able to swallow, by trying drops of water on beak..
post back about the swallowing.

add enough layer feed to make the mix puffy, not soupy or gummy.
