Hen vomiting/spitting up and wont eat- Is this serious?

We have a golden comet chicken who is very lethargic and won't eat and a clear/yellow liquid is spilling out of her mouth? What could this be and how serious is it? How do we help her? We brought her inside away from the other chickens in a small animal carrier.
