Hen w/ Leg Injury-Help

I have a hen who was ganged up on by my naughty flock (we have a few girls who need a trip to freezer camp) last Friday. She's hobbling on her left leg. It doesn't appear broekn or dislocated. She will put some pressure on it and uses her wings to balance. I've had her in a small box to rest, but today I let her outside for a bit. She hobbled around the yard for a bit. She's not eating well right now either (which is why she was outside to see if she'd free range a bit). I'm not sure what to do with her at this point. How long do leg injuries take to heal? I'm debating if I should let her try to get well or cull. I'd love some advice!!

I have had to deal with leg injuries quite a bit since I have a few meat birds as pets and usually they will eventually die but since your hen's leg doesn't seem broken then you could maybe call a vet and ask or I don't know if this works but you could wrap it with a bandage and see if that helps.
