Good morning, Debby. I am getting there. I'm still short of breath after walking up or down the stairs and this cough is lingering. I do feel much better though. I hadn't been sick in so long that I had forgotten what its like.

This is very similar to my condition here! I have not been sick in so long that I retired with over 1900 hours of sick leave.

I am much better this week but still not back to complete good health.

At 1:00 my kiddo was asking for the bus. It did not get better.

Did you get paid for your sick hours? I think they cap us at around 800 hours. If you’ve been there 12 years and quit you get paid for 25% of those hours. Before 12 years, you get nothing. I think I need to be taking some mental health days to use some of mine up.

We have spring concert program practice in the morning and the program at 2:00. It is going to be a long day.

True!!!!!!!! And awwww I’m sorry!!!!!!!! not quite the same cause… different parent lol but I lost my mom 5 years ago this year. Next month actually.
