Got this red star hen yesterday from someone on craigslist. I went to check her vent when I got home and she had this little white egg shaped ball of tissue hanging out of her vent. I pushed it off and examined it and it was the consistency almost of a hardboiled egg. ??? Never seem or heard of anything like this. Didn't seem to be in any kind of distress, eating and drinking ok. This hen was recently wormed per the craigslist add. The girl I got it from said she is healthy but she is in a quarantine pen. Anyone have any ideas what the heck that is?
