Hi, i have just noticed on my hens has started walking very low to the ground. She seems totally different compared to how she was yesterday, she seems lethargic, walking very low to the ground and seems to be hiding? She doesn't want to be picked up but yet she will only walk very slow away from me. At one point she seemed like she was using her wings for stability.

Im concerned she has contracted something.

Anyone have any ideas please

How old is she?
Do you have any photos - hen and poop?
What do you feed?

Feel her abdomen for bloat/swelling or fluid. Check inside the vent and feel for an egg.
I would also check her crop, it should be empty in the morning before eating/drinking and look her over well for lice/mites.

Watch to see if she is getting to drink/eat and not getting picked on. If she's getting picked on, cage her inside the run with her own food/water. I would also add some poultry vitamins like Poultry Cell to her water for a couple of days.
