Thanks
I don't have any vitamins. What would I get? She is a little over a year old. Their egg production has dropped dramatically because they are all molting. But the eggs we do get are not soft

Please post photos of your hen and her poop.

How old is she?
Is she laying eggs? If so, when was the last one and was it normal or soft shelled?

Is she molting? Look for new pin feathers coming in around the head/neck, back and wings. Sometimes during molt, a hen will act like they are trying to back out of something, likely a pin feather is poking them.

Work on hydration. See that she's eating her normal feed. If you have vitamins, start her on those.
Thanks started vitamins today. She seems slightly better. But still not moving around like normal.

Aww, yeah, she's molting. Sometimes they have a hard time with that. Hopefully with some extra protein and vitamins she will work through this o.k.
Thanks I hope so too. Wish she would eat more though. Gave her some scrambled eggs but she wasn't interested. Maybe I should try tuna? Poop seems fine. Just smaller than usual. Thanks for all the tips everyone 😊

I think the poop looks pretty good.

When molting sometimes they do go off normal food. Try the tuna or a bit of sardines or mackerel.

Mine also like bits of tomato and chopped up greens like Kale, Collards, etc. So a little sprinkle of some "goodies" might entice her to eat her food. You can also try the food wet or dry.
