Hen will attack other hens when they make noise

Yesterday I had to catch a hen because it looked like she had an injury (she did not) when I caught her she squawked and did some wing flapping. The second she started to fuss, my white hen tried attacking her. Full on rooster style attack, her hackles were raised and came at the hen claws first.
Any ideas why? Thanks

Probably was a reaction to what seemed like a predator attack to your hen. Some chickens react to the smallest thing. Most run, others go towards the ruckus.
