Hen with a hard, bulging eye

One of my hens has what I thought was a swollen eyelid. Today I caught her, and it's not the eyelid that's bulging out, it's the eye. It's opaque, swollen, and very hard. Doesn't seem to cause her any pain when I touch it. She's obviously blind in it. She's eating well and keeping up with the rest of the flock.

sounds like she could have either an infection, or some sort of tumor behind the eye..
only a vet could tell for sure.

* Corzya (sp) maybe?? Any yellowy plaque build up that you can see?? What tint is the opaque layer? Definitely isolate her if you haven't already, o.k.?? And, be extremely careful with the bio-hygiene, hers and yours. A avian vet is an excellent idea in this instance.
