Hen with a throat pouch between wattles???

I have a silver lace Wyandotte that has developed a pouch in between her wattles that is stiff, but she appears to be eating and drinking just fine. Does anyone know what it is, and if so, is it something I should be worried about? Thank you

A picture might help, I think most of us are unsure about what you are seeing. Older hens will sometimes have extra throat skin that often gets noticed this time of year because chickens start to lose some feathers. If she's acting fine I wouldn't worry about it.
