Hen with bald patch on neck

Hen who is lowest on the pecking order has bald spot on the back of her neck. I’ve noticed one other hen, who is also low on the pecking order has a bit of a bald spot, but I’m most concerned about the one in the photos. I did introduce a new hen about 6 months ago, as a rescue and I introduced her very slowly but she is top of the pecking order and much larger than the other hens. I’m not sure if this is an injury or some type of illness that needs treatment. I have 5 hens. 4 I got as chicks and the raised together, and then 1 as mentioned, as an adult.

see if you can spot a nother hen pecking her they might just be bulling her

No she is not moulting and there are no roosters. Yes I do have one hen that does bully the lower hens quite a bit. I just want to be sure there are no illnesses I need to treat

hmm, thats true maybe a hen who has turned into a rooster it happens....
