Hen with bald swolen vent

My aunt sent me a picture of her hen that has a bald butt and it looks swollen to me. Not sure if she is egg bound. I've never had this happen in my flock so not sure if it is serious

Vent is fine/normal. Flock mates are feather pecking/plucking her.

Can anything be done to help with this? I have two fairly new to the flock hens that have the same exact look. Will blue coat work.
