Hen with Blood in Eye

One of my Leghorn mix hens has an injury to her eye and seems to have blood within the eye itself. I assume she got it the same time she got the injury to her comb, which was a day and half ago. I didn't notice the red color/blood in her eye until I was holding her this morning. Any advice on what I can do to prevent further injury/loss of vision? I'm going to give her some B12, but unsure whether I should use some type of eyewash.

To me the eye doesn't look irritated, and I see no pus or discharge.
I would leave it alone and monitor it.

IF you notice any changes like pus, bubbles, discharge, etc., then gently rinsing the eye with saline and applying an ointment like Terramycin would be an appropriate action.
