Hen with cracked egg inside of body!

Hello! Our poor hen Marmalade here has a possibility of having a broken egg stuck up her and we were hoping for some help on how to treat it or remove it from her? She has yolk coming from her vent and so that is why we assume she has a cracked egg. If you think its something else, I can provide more photos.

She is acting better, but her vent is still pulsating
