Hen with droopy tail

Good morning all. I have a hen thats about 3 years old. Lately she's been walking around with her tail tucked under and laying down a lot. She otherwise seems fine eating and drinking. I checked her and she doesn't seem to be egg bound. I haven't been able to catch her laying, so not sure if she is right now. Any ideas on what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.
