Hi everyone, I just need some advice. I have a hand last night who got caught in the coop and had a little damage to her wing.

There's a small abrasion that I have already treated with some antibacterial ointment. I kept her in the house last night and separated but there's no visible wounds for the others to pick at. She's eating, drinking, pooping and laying just fine.

She was getting very agitated in the box this morning so I put her back out with her flock. I have noticed this afternoon but her wing is drooping somewhat but she can flap both wings just fine when she wants to.

I'm just wondering if I should somehow put her in a sling or help support the injured wing. It's probably sore but it doesn't seem dislocated or anything. The abrasion is just underneath what you would call the chickens elbow if you will. She doesn't seem to mind me handling the wing.

What do you all think? Do I need to support it? If so, how? Thanks in advance!

Dawn
