Hen with lump on cheek

Just noticed my hen with this lump. It’s pretty hard. Couldn’t of been there for more than a few days at most. Also looks like some discharge by her ear. Any ideas?

Poor baby! Its probably full of pus

Has she had any nasal drainage or respiratory symptoms? Can you try and clean her ear canal with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide and some QTips? Then use a little plain antibiotic ointment in the ear canal. I don’t know if that is an abscess, cyst or tumor. It could be related the the ear drainage. Do you see any marks that might have been from a peck? Could you take her to a vet on Saturday or Monday?

You should get it drained. Take her to a vet.

Not an expert but guessing its an abcess that needs draining maybe from infection of ear or respitory?
