Hen with missing feathers and red, oozy butt and undercarriage

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure what is happening, but my hen has lost feathers on her bottom and underneath, and the skin is bright pink and looks oozy. I chased her around to get this picture. How do I cure this? We did have a snake break in and now the chickens do not want to use their roosting bar. Instead, they are using the shelf in the coop to roost. I clean them and cannot figure out how to get the adult hens back to using the roosting bar. We did find the hole in the run and repaired it, as well as dispatched the snake.

Get a good look and picture of her vent incase she has a prolapse or was vent pecked. Others may be picking on her. Spend some time and separate any bullies. She may need to be separated for a day, and spray some BluKote on her red spots.

I have a couple of chickens that have this and no prolapse…. Looks the same not sure the problem still it has been weeks. They are acting normal although one was pecking the other but having caught it but now is fine
